Warranty by Andis

Manufacturer’s 12 Month Limited Warranty

This Andis product is warranted against defective material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. All implied warranties arising and by virtue of State law shall also be limited to one year.

Any Andis product determined to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced without cost to the consumer for parts and labor. The defective product must be returned via parcel post insured or U.P.S., with proof of purchase to any Andis Authorized Service Station or to

Attach a letter describing the nature of the problem. Due to foreign matter sometimes found in hair, clipper blades or resharpening of blades are not subject to this warranty.

Andis will not be responsible for cost of repairs or alterations made by any other person, agency or company, nor for incidental or consequential damages of any type, or for the use of unauthorized attachments. Some states may not allow exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY
(U.S. AND CANADA ONLY).

BabylissPro will repair or replace (at the option of Babyliss) your unit free of charge for 24 months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials.

To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the service center listed below, together with your purchase receipt and $15.00 for postage and handling. California residents need only provide proof of purchase and should call 1-800-326-6247 for shipping instructions. In the absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be 24 months from the date of manufacture.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 24-MONTH DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN, LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BABYLISSPRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. That being said, products do stop working from time to time.  Cocco Hair Professional's warranty policies were created to ensure quick and easy resolution if this happens to you. Hair Dryers/Styling Irons/Clippers/Trimmers - NO HASSLE 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Items that are not purchased by an authorized reseller will not be covered. If you are unsure if you are purchasing from an authorized reseller, you can email us at info@coccohairpro.com or call us at 216.518.1523.

 Your Cocco Hair Dryers, Styling Irons, Clippers, and Trimmers will be repaired or replaced within 1 year of the original purchase date if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship and you have complied with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions. If your item stops working properly or you feel there is a defect, you can email Cocco Hair Professional at info@coccohairpro.com or call us at 216.518.1523; in your email, please provide  your order number and a copy of your receipt. Lastly, please do not ship any equipment without contacting Cocco Customer Service; all unauthorized shipments will be rejected from the warehouse.

Cocco Hair Professional DO NOT COVER:
- normal wear and tear
- physical damage i.e. dropping your tool
- misuse
- shortage caused by your outlet
- items that are not purchased through an authorized reseller

If your item is covered under the warranty:
Cocco Hair Professional will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you. The warranty fee is $25. This process normally takes 1-2 weeks from when we received your item.

 If your item is NOT covered under the warranty:
 Cocco Hair Professional will contact you and ask if you wanted to repair the item. The labor fee ($59) would apply. Cocco Hair Professional would then ship the item out to you. This process normally takes 1-2 weeks from when we contact you.

After My Warranty Expires: 
If your item stops working properly or you feel there is a defect, AFTER your warranty has expired, you can email Cocco Hair Professional at info@coccohairpro.com or call us at 216.518.1523 for a Return Authorization Number.

• Fill out and attach the Service Information Form (found at the end of this manual) to the Product.

• If returning a clipper, include blades.

• When ordering parts, please specify the model number and series letter indicated on your product.

• Include a copy of the original sales receipt.

• Carefully package the product and send either mail or courier with shipping and insurance prepaid to the service center.

WARRANTY: U.S. and CANADA: 1 Year Limited Warranty Sunbeam Products, Inc. doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions or if in Canada, Sunbeam Corporation (Canada) Limited doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions (collectively “JCS”) warrants that for a period of one year from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. JCS, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or re-manufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this product. Doing so will void this warranty.

This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. JCS dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling JCS products do not have the right to alter, modify or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than JCS or an authorized JCS service center. Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.

What are the limits on JCS’s Liability?

JCS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express, implied or statutory warranty or condition.

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty.

JCS disclaims all other warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise.

JCS shall not be liable for any damages of any kind Resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of, or inability to use the product including incidental, special, consequential or similar damages or loss of profits, or for any breach of contract, fundamental or otherwise, or for any claim brought against purchaser by any other party.

Some provinces, states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from province to province, state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
JRL USA will repair or replace your unit (upon diagnosis of the defect) free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase if the appliance has a manufacture's defect. To obtain service under terms of the warranty, the defective unit must be returned to the JRL Service please email JRL at info@jrlusa.com for return mailing address. Inside your package should be a copy of your sales receipt, a note which includes the defects of the unit and a check in the amount of $15.00 to cover shipping and handling. Should there be a malfunction on the manufacture's behalf within  the first 30 days of purchase, JRL will provide a call tag for the unit to be picked up for free charge. Once it is received, the replacement will be shipped. If the proof of purchase is not included with your defected item, the warranty will be voided.
Any implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, including but not limited to the implied-warranty of merchant-ability and fitness or a particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to the 12 month duration of this written, limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
In no event shall JRL be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied, whatsoever. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

LIMITED WARRANTY (Valid in USA Only)

If your Wahl product fails to operate satisfactorily within the specified number of years (see package for length of warranty) from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift, Wahl will, at our option, repair or replace the product and return it to you FREE OF CHARGE.
